About the Black Hat SEO Guys
If we are Black Hat and aspire to privacy, why do we have an about page? Here's a freebie for you. The search engines like to see them for SEO purposes. This is why we have one.
On top of this, the page just can't be a couple of sentences. So, let us tell you about us. There are five of us. We are all very well known in the search engine optimization field. In fact, we are probably five of the top 20 people recognized in the field. We all have our own firms, but are so sick of the hypocrisy being espoused by the search engine companies that we decided to put this site up and fight the man...err, corporations!
We are located here and there. One of us lives on a boat, the others in homes of varying quality. We've all been doing search engine optimization from at least 1998. We all remember when Google was BackRub. We all remember GoTo.com and its pay-per-click program that Google seems to have copied so closely [for which G was sued and settled to the tune of many, many dollars from what we understand.] We have been around so long, we were doing SEO when AOL was the new thing on the block and Yahoo didn't suck.
Well, I think we've accomplished all we need to on this page. See if you can guess who we are.
Then again, this could all be made up off the top of our heads...
